looking at the picture of the grinds, that seems amazing (albeit really coarse). are you able to produce grinds of around 200-300 um? this could be great for all the pour-over methods where fines migration cause clogging of the filter papers

can you take at least one picture of that whateveristhat machine and what you call "opened grouphead"? it might be helpful to guide you where to look. anyway - if there is no water going to the grouphead, I would take the 3-way valve off to see if there is any water coming from HX

Need help removing damaged diffuser (E61)

hit it with hammer. give it a solid tap or two (the diffusor) so the thread will unseize. like first, before you continue to damage it even more with whatever screwing tool you plan to use. give it a hit
