I was wondering if anyone could share their experience roasting on a Loring versus an IMF recirculating heat roaster? I'm wondering about ease of control, ability to reproduce roast profiles, and any differences in texture of extractions from coffee roasted on these machines? Thanks so much

I switched to SSP burrs and do prefer the flavour profile now. I generally found a slight increase in sweetness in combination with maintenance of the acidity profile which results in a slightly more defined flavour profile

If it delivers then this looks to be revolutionary. The inbuilt afterburner and use of recirculated roaster air sounds like it would be a real breakthrough given that this is electric. Interesting thread... I'm wondering how you find the grind adjustment please? I have a Ditting KRA903 which does well for espresso but I find the dial adjustment not particularly repeatable nor do I find it easy to make fine adjustments
