MET is assigned to BT in Post Roast (Artisan + Phidgets)
{image} {image} Thank you for your help, please forgive me, I did not know the proper definition of the term MET. I was thinking of a thermocouple used to mesure MET on my Quest M3; thus my error... Found the indicator under EVENTS. All is fine!

MET is assigned to BT in Post Roast (Artisan + Phidgets)
In the Post Roast diagram MET a small button shows up on the BT line rather the real MET. Using Artisan 2.6 and the most recent versions of Phidgets. The MET is filled-in the Extra Devices panel and work well during the roast. Is there a way to correct this?

I just received a pair from Molly. My Quest is a 2012, the elements are a bit different ( an explanation leaf comes with them). The machine is now hotter and I do have to adapt my technique to them

Hi, You could try Acetone (Nail Polish Remover) for the carbon build up. The Pharmaceuticals use it for cleaning there equipment. It does work
