Kenya Rukira Natural (Bodhi Leaf)
Will post a graph when time allows, but I've done two roasts thus far with ~1.5 min and ~2 min development time (each with ~5 min dry and ~3 min Maillard), and it's more raspberry and plum to my palate. Acidity is balanced with a pleasant sweet and savory component, which I assume is where the "muff...

Huge thanks as always to Dave for sharing! Roasting on Quest M3 and graph appears below. I've done 4 batches now, and I typically search around for the sweet spot of development time as Dave does--usually starting with a 1:30 min development time along with a 2:00 min version for comparison. The ~1:...

Restoring a sweet 1974 Olympia Express Club
Thank you for sharing. Are you using the machinists jack to service your groups more frequently? I believe in a prior rebuild thread, you mentioned you only infrequently cleaned and relubed pistons. You and Nino are now making me nervous about the blue paint in the sight glass of my 75. You removed ...

Olympia Club versus Cremina SL
Hey all, getting to this thread a bit late after a busy week. As a new 75 Club owner, I have nothing especially useful to add; however, it might be helpful as a future research point to see another voice affirm, in addition to the Club godfathers above , that the shots this machine produces are

Storing high-end roasted coffee
Sound delicious and +1 for drinking and not overthinking. I wouldn't rest anything for 10 days, especially for pourover. Airtight container--mason jars if they're handy. Brew, drink, enjoy! #coffeeasproduce

Tighten Fit on Power Switch - 84 Olympia Cremina
Sorry-see pic below. The clips were trimmed for install, and they're now each about 1/4" short of the face plate, as indicated by the yellow lines. I'm thinking some sort of bent spring clip anchored into the remaining portion of the original, but open to better ideas! Thanks for any thoughts, {image}
