Average age of the home-barista
31, no kids ("that i know of" is the answer in our biz), a broken xbox and generally end up with about half of the month off which gives me lots of time to play with coffee. haven't invested a whole lot into espresso machinery and probably won't expand the operation anytime soon given the space cons...

thanks all but tbh, art-friendly microfoam still eludes me more often than not. i am using the stock tip with toothpicks in two of the holes (leaving the one pointing into "eye" of the vortex free). i'm finding that having two holes plugged gives a lot more control to tip surf and get a circular mot...
