tried to fine the grind a bit more. did 1/8 but coffee came out bitter so i did a full 1/4th turn and i actually got an apricot sort of taste from a Rwandan coffee from 4 Barrel. i have a video of the brew method. i will try to post it

i usually start the timer after i pour the initial bloom, so i pour enough to wet the grounds. then i start the timer. i hit about the 2 minute mark. so with the bloom maybe 2 minutes and 30-45 seconds. i have it set pretty fine on my OE LIDO. i can try finer
