I'd say, in general, every stage is faster for a fluid bed roaster. I'm not familiar with the roaster you are using, but you could try a lower charge temp in an effort to slow the dry phase down, or use a higher volume of beans. Sans all that, try sticking to beans that tend to respond well to fast

Maybe do 2 roasts. One of the nice things about the quest is its ideal batch size is 150 (nice but a double edge sword when you just want to roast once for a whole week or two). Yep, I couldn't find one either. I've been using the Labovon Wifi Smart Plug for a few weeks. It so nice waking up or coming home to a ready machine. Mine has a setting to set up schedules too
