Help on replacing "dual pressure gauge" on Elektra A3

I recently bought a used Elektra A3, it is made in 2008 and sold in 2009. The Dual Pressure Gauge is only working partly. The left part showing the brew pressure is a dead needle while the right part showing the boiler pressure is working fine. I wonder if i might try to put in a new one myself

Need tips on slow roasting profile for HotTop

I have the most basic HotTop model with only 7 roasting profiles/temps. I want to use it to roast as slow as possible to get the oil out of the beans a bit but not at the same time burn the roast too much. I used to do this in my oven by lowering the temp after first crack and

Can i put my new Elektra cups in the dishwasher?

I just bought both cappuccino and Espresso cups from the Elektra line. I realize that it of course should be no risk to dishwash my Elektra cups but i want to ask anyway. It would be a shame if the nice cups should be damaged. Anyone here that owns the Elektra demitasse that can confirm that you can...

Best replacement pressurestat for Elektra Semiautomatica SXC?

I have descaled the machine two times the last weeks because of a sticky valve that shall take care of the false pressure so maybe scaling has moved in the system and thats why the pressurestat failed. Otherwise it is just that the membrane needs "exercise" as Jim writes. I dont think i have any sca...

Best replacement pressurestat for Elektra Semiautomatica SXC?

I had my first experience with a "sticky mater" pressurestat yesterday i think. The boiler gauge went up on red and the valve blew underneath my water reservoir in top of the boiler. I am now going to order a new pressurestat, i believe that Ceme may be the right choice. Exactly what pressurestat sh...

Article Feedback: Buyer's Guide to the Elektra Microcasa Semiautomatica

Good to get this clear. At least for me it seemed that it autofilled, i thought so because i almost never need to use the fill button. This is very rare for me. I only make one milk drink a day or about 5 a week maybe so the steam is rarely used on my machine of course

Article Feedback: Buyer's Guide to the Elektra Microcasa Semiautomatica

It is correct that it autofills. This is how my machine works too. I believe that keeping it on for a long time makes the level go down a bit though and as you say when you almost empty the tank. The level also shows a bit lower when the machine is cold and it rises when it gets warm
