La Spaziale S11?
Anyone know anything about the S11's from La Spaziale? Doesn't seem to be much out there yet though some retailers have them listed. "La Spaziale S11 Series" "Chris' Coffee La Spaziale S11 Brio"

Favorite espresso blends so far
I'm trying their Old Crow Cuppa Joe but it's nothing but squirt-city in my 18g VST on my Bric. I've set my Baratza Vario-W to 1A (finest it'll go) but it doesn't help. Also tried overfilling to19g+ which wouldn't be the first time for a blend. I guess I'm going to have to futz the calibration

Onyx Monarch Espresso
I've finally decided around 16g, ~35 out, 25 seconds ~200 for Monarch (Fiorenzato Bricoletta ) it's fine, but my biggest issue is the price of their 10 oz. bag. feel like I'm paying more for the packaging of that fancy outer box than the coffee. {image}

Baratza Vario Super Alignment owner experience
yeah, that's what I was afraid of. it also slows down and stops occasionally while grinding, even with the new motor, so I think the grind pressure may be way off. Maybe I'll just send it to them as part of their repair program at this point

Baratza Vario Super Alignment owner experience
This may seem like a dumb question but... for the small 2mm screw, which way to turn it to get it out, clockwise or counter-clockwise (or Coarse or Fine according to the tool)? This is for in the end removing it for super calibration. I fear that I've turned it both ways too much and have now stripped

Problem with Control Box Relay on Fiorenzato Bricoletta
my Bric needs a couple things, I should replace the electronic control pad membrane part since the buttons never worked right anyway, also need to replace the pressure gauge since it flooded itself quite some time ago. Speaking of Fiorenzato, anyone know when they dropped espresso machines altogethe...

Fiorenzato Bricoletta's silly touchpad
Nope, got it new two years ago and it's always been like this. I do try to program the keys just on the cup graphics, angling in from the edges of the top-bottom and sides, carefully staying on one side of the dividing line, for a soft press. But reprogramming one side always effects the "other" on ...

Fiorenzato Bricoletta's silly touchpad
I have a couple year old Fiorenzato Bric. It's the electronic version with the (supposedly) 5-button touchpad. {image} I'm pretty much given up and am convinced that it's really only a 3 button at this point. here is a close up of the pad: {image} As you can see, it's one of those maddening membrane
