Quickmill Vetrano 2B vs. Izzo Alex Duetto III - Physical Questions
If I remember correctly, what made me buy the V2B over the Duetto III is the V2B you are not required to have the steam boiler on if just making espresso. I also dont remember any difference in the finish. This was on a trip to Chris Coffee. Marvin

While not having searched the literature, the "received wisdom" is methylxanthines (caffeine, theophylline, theobromine) in coffee, tea and chocolate aggravate GERD and are not the cause. Marvin

If my memory is correct, Silvia has a removal reservoir. If it does, I would remove it and dump the water. Nothing else as long as the temp is above 32 deg F. Marvin
