Acidic, astringent, harsh espresso - HELP!

Might try water temp at 94C and then adjust from there. Have found that with my LM Linea Mini, water temp makes a difference. Jeff

La Marzocco Linea Mini not holding temperature!

I have a Linea Mini and use the app. Have never has this issue. Would probably delete app and then add app and then pair machine? Have had success with Chris Scott at LaMarzocco Christopher@lamarzocco.com Hope you can resolve!

La Marzocco Linea Mini- Temperature dial attached correctly? App says no. What is normal?

I have had a Linea Mini, since they started manufacturing. Wanted to make sure that the "wheel" was correct and borrowed a Scace. Temperatures were exact. I upgraded with a new board and app and use the app. I would post and ask to rent a Scace? Good Luck in your endeavors. Jeff

Good grinder to pair with La Marzocco Linea Mini?

I have a LM LM paired with a Monolith Conical. Before purchasing the Monolith I had the prior version of Fiorenzato F4E. Was very happy with performance of the F4. Good Luck with you new machine, I enjoy mine and it has been a stellar performer!
