Los Angeles hard water, filtration recommendation.
I wanted to second this statement. You will have no idea when and to what your water composition will be changed. It will almost always be somewhere between 250-400 TDS out of the tap though

Single Dosing grinder with washable stainless internals
How much contact with aluminum is considered toxic?? There are so many items used for food prep and storage made of aluminum. Should we not be wrapping any of our food in aluminum foil?
