I'm a Macap fan and the best choice IMO is MXK model. I agree that Veralab is the king but on the other side it's overkill

After reading through this thread, I've spent some time reading my notes about brewing Illy and here was my favorite way to brew Illy if any buddy here interested: 12gr Medium roast Illy (Red cap) + 5gr Dark Roast (Black cap) -> blend then grind ~94C (201f) 1 to 1.25 oz shot
