Hi I am having similar problem with my millennial Europiccolo I took it my group head apart and replaced the 2 piston gaskets. However, I found something unusual, the bottom part of the teflon sleeve came out with the rubber gasket, it looked like it had broken apart from the top part of the sleeve....

OK a bit of update here. It does look like I am a little over-sensitive and in the process of debugging the problem I may have inadvertently changed my own routine. I followed the advice and left the puck sit before taking the PF out this morning, and the puck came out in one neat piece. I
