Nothing fancy, only using the PID controller for temp readout and no plans on ever hooking it up, I like turning the knobs 150mm AC fan and can cool a batch of beans to ambient temp in under 3 minutes. piggyback TC output to data logger to use with Artisan. {image} {image} {image}

How about a square stainless funnel to use along with a 12oz frothing pitcher to charge the roaster. no more stray beans in the vent tube {image} {image}

The top pic is the final iteration, press brake version is no more....Too ugly to reside in the beautiful Pharos. I was too lazy to change mine back Alum bolt covers is not needed, different size o-rings will be included for the PVC covers. Thanks. Will
