How to Drain a Profitec 700 for Transport
I'm moving to Maine by U-Haul and my machine will be in the back of the truck.. How can I drain the water so I do not cause damage to pump or values and such.. I only have a week to do so thank very much

You can try asking Slickrock, I'm sure he would know.. Try reading this thread for an answer.. "Exploring North Gas Roaster Automation: Part 1" I use Procon's I buy at eBay for a few bucks each from China.. They have lasted five years with out a issue so far on my TC4c

Need basic help getting started with Center 304 and Artisan
Open Artisan Click CONFIG>Put a dot in METER and use drop down list and choose CENTER 304 A window should then open and ask Baud Rate go through list choosing different rates till you choose the correct one and you see your temps start working or OP list the correct rate

Get some tape on the back of your meter and write the Braun Rate on it.. Over time you will forget it.. Trust me

Under Devices use drop down list and select your device Center 304 I am guessing you will have to select Braun Rate too maybe.. If it asks for one, Just keep selecting a different Braun Rate, till you find one that works.. It will show your temperatures working when you click the START button

Green beans to learn roaster performance
Buy 10 or 20 lbs of one bean and just roast this one bean till its gone.. When I started I didn't follow this sound advice.. I wanted to roast and taste a lot of different coffees. You won't learn to roast to get the best out of a coffee unless you focus on one bean
