Orphan Espresso LIDO E First Impressions

I got my E today and I'm getting burr rub as well at 5 notches from zero. The resultant espresso is good. Definitely a step up from my Vario-W, considering that it needs repair from burr being misaligned

Didn't know Olympia Livietta steam valve was open

Do you know where I can get a new one? Or are they super hard to find? Are the new maximatic elements able to be fitted on the old liviettas/maximatic? Like this: {link}

81 Livietta or 87 Coffex?

{image} Wow, the packaging job was phenomenal, it has like over 3 pounds of foam. Anyways, it looks good to me so far. Pulled my first shot, it tasted great. My tamper from amazon is a little small, but it'll do for now

81 Livietta or 87 Coffex?

I bought the 81 Livietta off ebay and I should have it by early next week. I got the price down to where I wanted it to be. Everything looks good from the pictures provided. Also, it comes with a Richard Penney Portafilter. The asbestos is gone and the boiler, element, etc. looks really clean. Any c...
