Pharos - stripped hex head...

I only have experience with the VDD modded original Pharos with the shaft collar with nylon set screws, but I set mine to be tight enough that the setting doesn't slip, but not so tight that I can't adjust the setting manually with finger pressure. I also have a roller bearing underneath the collar....

EspressoForge (V1) - Review

The custom stand that you can purchase from Espresso Forge is also very sturdy. It has rubber feet so it won't slip. It's also pretty lightweight

EspressoForge (V1) - Review

Very comprehensive review, Sam! I've been using a V2 EspressoForge for the last 2+ weeks and have really been enjoying it. Here's my setup: {image} OE Pharos, EspressoForge V2, induction burner + Fino 1.2L kettle, Cremina (the most expensive milk steamer ) I posted in the other thread that the Fino ...

EspressoForge - First Impressions

Well it is a new toy! I've only had the Forge for two days so by default Cremina has been sidelined . I really like the experience of monitoring the pull (push?) with the pressure gauge though. And I can take all my old 58mm tools back out

EspressoForge - First Impressions

It seems to fit a Fino 1.2L kettle ({link}) almost perfectly -- I get some drips out the top of the kettle but I don't seem to need to hold the kettle down to see steam coming out of the top of the Forge. The other benefit is that it's very easy to fill the Forge with the gooseneck
