KafaTek Monolith 68mm conical single-doser
I have had an E-10 with red speed burrs for almost a year and a half. Major retention in the Compak and not the consistency or fluffiness in the grinds as with the Monolith. Sorry for the confusion. I thought it was pretty obvious that yield was the beverage weight inasmuch as yield was referred to in grams, as opposed to extraction which was referred to as a %

KafaTek Monolith 68mm conical single-doser
Have had my Monolith for 2 weeks and for the last 4 days have been trying to pull Vivace Dolce with not much success. Way too gassy. Well today beans were finally degassed and this grinder surprised me. First shot was 17g at 203 with a yield of 24.7g. The shot only lasted 17 seconds but looked good....

Best "chocolate" coffees?
I second the Metropolis Redline and the Redbird. Also enjoy Toscano. I just looked at the Deep Cello site and they describe the Nostromo as a dark roast, not a Northern Italian roast. May give it a try as I also enjoy the chocolates and caramels
