Blueberry (or any berry) bomb coffee recommendations?

I bought a second bag of the Compass Israel Degafa Wush Wush and the blueberry notes are a lot more subdued than from the bag I bought three weeks ago. It's still good but not a blueberry bomb. Unfortunate

Blueberry (or any berry) bomb coffee recommendations?

Pour over with a Hario Switch, Kasuya Tetsu recipe. I also tried an espresso this morning, 18 g in 50 g out on the Londinium R, this was good too

Blueberry (or any berry) bomb coffee recommendations?

Thank you for this recommendation. I was so impressed by this blueberry bomb that I reactivated my dormant home-barista account to recommend it to everyone

In Search of Siphon Recommendations (Hario Sommelier anyone?)

I have Cona "A" and "B" models. I use the spirit lamp for the "A," but usually put the "B" on the stovetop with a trivet

Londinium R vs Quickmill Achille for Italian Roasts

Reiss of Londinium has posted pictures on the Londinium Facebook page of an add-on device for the Londinium R that will allow you to adjust preinfusion pressure with buttons and a digital display. He says it will go on sale this year. No word on the cost

Londinium R vs Quickmill Achille for Italian Roasts

I get great espresso with my LR and Vivace Dolce. I've had no need to adjust the preinfusion pressure from 3 bar. I preinfuse for only a few seconds, compared to 8-20 seconds for light roasts

Compak K10 WBC has landed!

My K10 WBC has a piece like that. I've never tried taking it off. I haven't had trouble sweeping the chute. Has removing it made sweeping easier? Is the doser stable without it?

Coffee Distribution Tool Knockoff - worth buying?

I have a knockoff tool just like this one (probably from the same maker) and I like it. I get good results if I use it in combination with WDT, but not on its own. With WDT + tamping, I was getting channeling or donut extractions on about 10-20% of my shots, with WDT + distribution tool +

Londinium R vs Profitec Pro 800

I got a Londinium R 3 months ago. It's pretty great and there's no machine under $6000 that I'd rather own. I can answer specific questions if you have any. If you look in my post history, there's something I wrote up comparing my impressions of Londinium R vs Profitec Pro 800 vs Salvatore Compact S...

ECM Synchronika vs. Profitec Pro 800 - Help Me Choose

Welcome to the Londinium club. I recommend ordering the 35µM shower screen with the machine. You get a little more headroom, and most importantly, it's much easier to clean than the stock shower screen. Reiss thinks there are benefits for water flow, although I didn't notice a difference in coffee f...
