Dapper and Wise employees are super nice. I like that place. And their Instagram videos are excellent. Compass: yeah, Compass was my go-to roaster for a long time due to his generous discount for HB members. Their location on Vancouver Ave is great

Why is roasted coffee so insanely expensive?
I love these sorts of discussions! I think the wholesale side is not being taken into consideration with enough weight here. If roasters want to sell at a grocery store, they can't/shouldn't compete with them on price, so the store's 40-55% margin requirements result in the price roasters need to us...

Full Cycle - blend from Nossa Familia
Good to hear! The Full Cycle's components change, incorporating a new single-origin as our lot of one runs out. The non-Brazil component fluctuates between 30 and 40% of the total blend.
