Minimum Computer for Artisan

I use a HP 2133 and I've had to reduce the sampling interval to 2 or 3 s. It is still sluggish if I do something, like create an event, but it works

I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Nordic Roster Event (as one of, I think, two home roasters) and participated in the cupping of this experimental roast. The intention was to examine differences between different roasting machines but in reality as there is no way of specify identical roas...

Artisan beta roasting software available

I use Artisan with the HH506RA and the only thing that needs to be set is the COM port, and Artisan has a port scanner so it helps you out there as well if you do not know what port is used. Thanks for the new release guys! The new axis functionlity will make my life a bit

Please recommend add ons for the Quest M3 Roaster

It's difficult to find "recipies" (or profiles, in roasting lingo) for specific beans so I think a more common way to use the logs is to compare different roasts and their taste and try to figure out what made one taste better or worse. And then (obviously(?)) tweak the next roast accordingly to get...

Note that Tom actually talks about the lower-left hole having a bold, TomC has a bolt in the upper-right one. The lower-right one is for BT and the upper-right one is for ET

Sorry I did not know you where bying it from Coffe Shrub. I can fully understand that you want to pick it up from there. I would have done that to if I had a choice. Still it might be worth asking about it, even if they don't sell it now they might start if enough people ask for it

Hi! Newbie and first post here.. If it's not to late you might want to consider ordering the Quest with K-probes. That's what I did (actually I ordered both). Saves having to replace the analog ones
