I think the Behmor Brazen Plus makes great coffee and is also fairly adjustable. It is smaller capacity which is the only reason it sits on the shelf

I have had the Breville Precision Brewery and the Technivorm MoccaMaster Grand for several years. The BPB using the flat bottom filter and the gold brew button is easy and consistent for non-home-baristas and gives the adjustability when you want to use it
