Intelligentsia - What are your favorites?

Great advice. Thank you @caeffe, and thank you for the link. Btw - I consume about the same amount as you, and I'll also be placing my first order via subscription. Free shipping and 15% off on the first three subscriptions is a pretty good deal

Intelligentsia - What are your favorites?

@caeffe, do you have any suggestions for the amount of time you usually wait post-roast before consuming Sublunar, or any of the other varieties?

Intelligentsia - What are your favorites?

@BaristaBob, have you ever tried Black Cat Organic, Sublunar, Sugar Glider, or their other seasonal espressos? I'm going to place an order on Sunday for one of each of their five espressos and see how it goes. I'm curious about comparing the Classic against the bags I've been purchasing from Amazon ...

Intelligentsia - What are your favorites?

Thank you for the link - which might explain why (unlike most roasters) Intelligentsia doesn't list the roast levels alongside the various beans they offer

Intelligentsia - What are your favorites?

I believe that the 'Classic' is the original. How would you classify the roast of Sublunar?... dark, medium or light.? IIntelligentsia doesn't list the roast levels on their site

Intelligentsia - What are your favorites?

Greetings friends. I've been buying Black Cat Espresso from Amazon and despite the two-month or more post-roast dates, I've really enjoyed these beans and decided to order from Intelligentsia directly and see how freshly roasted (and de-gassed) Black Cat tastes compared to the older stock shipped by...

[SOLD] 1Zpresso JX-Pro Grinders

Two (2) 1Zpresso JX-Pro hand grinders for sale. I had purchased one of these for my home and the other for work - and they produced excellent shots of espresso. Unfortunately, the arthritis in my hands has worsened which made using these nearly impossible. Each is in very good condition and well car...

Any coffees similar to Irving Farm's 71 House?

Thank you Jeff. That's wonderful advice, and isn't something that would have occurred to me. Until fairly recently, I only ever purchased inexpensive beans roasted in Italy, so where a bean originated isn't anything I had ever considered. Forgive me for being redundant, but I must state again that y...
