Ground very coarsely & pulled with a 20-second preinfusion and so lungo that Plato could have written a dialogue on whether it was properly a caffe crema.
On the Cremina, so I cannot say at what temperature, but the machine had been on for about 45 minutes and I let the steam run till the light came on, before pulling. The manual lever is a versatile machine.
A very delectable cup of lingering flavors.
