After reading a bit about PIDing roasters on this forum, it seems that the SC/CO would be one of the easier units to PID. Anyone out there seen or done that, or have suggestions for doing so? For example, would it be reasonable to just PID the heating element, or should both the element and the fan in the SC be separately attached to the PID?
