Just checked La Pavoni pre millenium and Elektra on Cremina 67. Both could fit with modifications. Elektra to Cremina: tight fit of pf body to group but clears all around-looks like a filing of the lugs would squeeze it in-plus is the lugs are ramped in the same direction as the Cremina. La Pavoni has more room on the pf rim than the Elektra but lugs a little wider, therefore more filing to fit, and the lugs are ramped in the opposite direction, but likely filing them flat would solve it, but they are a little thinner than the Cremina so it may not be a problem. The pf handle on the old LaPav are a little short compared to the Cremina, and the new LaPav handles which are a reasonable Cremina replacement don't fit the old pf bodies. Maybe you could pick up a used LaPav pf and try it out...the new ones for the premillenium are pretty spendy. The Elektra pf is much cheaper than the LaPav premillenium, by about half, and the handle looks more Creminian, but as I said, it's a pretty tight fit in the group.
