Headquarters on Charlotte Ave., and Steadfast in Germantown neighborhood are two I suggest. They are only 10-15 minutes apart by car. I haven't been to 8th and Roast but I've heard its worth a visit.

Crema does a fantastic job and knows their stuff. As for Barista Parlor, the two I tried had a cool vibe but that's where it ended. Both shops had two 3-group Slayers and nobody knew how to properly use one at either shop (visited another location, figured first shop was a fluke... nope, not a fluke).

I had an excellent cappuccino at Just Love Coffee in Murfreesboro earlier this year. They also have locations in Nashville and Brentwood.

Agreed about Steadfast (assuming you're talking about Franklin).
