Portafilter and basket - need advice for consistent results

All,
I've been using my Astra Pro (Hx) for a few months now. It came with a generic basket and portafilter. I'm not quite making good cups yet but have experimented a ton.
I don't even really know how much my current basket holds but I'd guess about 17g once I level it off. I'm looking for advice on which baskets to get that produce consistent results. I think I'd want something that holds 20-23g. Do I need a new portafilter as well or just a basket?
Also, I'm currently using this 58.35mm tamp:

Would that carry over to the new basket? Thanks in advance.

Your thread title mentions consistent results are desired, I noticed you said "level off" if your not using a scale for dosing, I would suggest you start using one if consistency is of any concern.
