I have the diagram for my ECM Classika PID and know the dimensions for the tubing inside.

Would it be ok to pick up the tubing from a large hose company in my home town, or does ECM and other manufacturers use a specific of different tubing?

I'm under the impression that it should be a fairly standard part.

Thank you

Normally sold by the foot at most on line espresso equipment sales places, in the states Chris Coffee Service , Stefano espresso care, 1st line equipment carry it.

I'll check with Clive Coffee, who sold me the machine and has been excellent with questions.

I'm a ways away from needing hose since the machine is new, but tend to be OCD on having extra repair parts on hand.

Thanks

as long as the dimensions and thermal resistance properties are similar i would buy it locally. hoses and hardware are all much more expensive from the manufacturer
