Interesting takeoff of a rotating drum roaster.

The individual roaster seems to pull a lot of consecutive roast samples towards the end prior to dumping the coffee to be air cooled.

Fun to watch either way.
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

no comments on the video, but I know a guy who works on similar ball roasters from Barth here in Germany. first one is actually for sale as it is completely refurbished and like a new.

Always outdated technology here :(
But luckly we are seeing few Diedrich around..
