I am looking at buying a proper home espresso machine to accompany a Vario grinder. I don't want to spend more than $1,000. I am considering the Quick Mill Carola. My wife is dairy free but I do enjoy cappuccinos. What if I bought the Quick Mill Carola and used a secondary device to make microfoam like a Bellman Stovetop steamer? Would this be the most efficient use of my limited funds?

Thanks!

That or check out a breville dual boiler (use a BBB coupon to get it).
I drink two shots before I drink two shots, then I drink two more....

The little Capresso milk foamer jugs aren't bad either for a side solution.

Thank you so much for the feedback. How many shots in a row can a QM Carola produce without overheating?
