While not part of this tasting, I have thoroughly enjoyed mine roasted mid march.

You can definitely differentiate between the milk chocolate in this and a darker roast that has more smoke/nibs. I find the cherry/apple and hinted milk chocolate tones refreshing.very smooth finish.
