I have an Expobar Office Pulser 1 GR that I've been using for several years now. Today though, it stopped allowing me to pull shots. When I flip the switch to pull a shot, it's running as it normally does, same sound but no water. The steam wand and water wand works normally. What would cause this problem? Is this something I can fix or does a tech need to look at it?

It is very likely that the brew solenoid valve has failed, in particular the solenoid itself.

See the parts diagrams available here: /downloads/ ... iagram.pdf

Thanks Eric! I'll check into that. Hopefully it won't be too much trouble to replace that solenoid.

You should be able to hear or feel the solenoid click when you hit the brew switch. With the pump noise, it could be unlikely. So, just remove one of the electrical connections to the pump with the machine unplugged and cold.

Now hit the brew switch. Now plug the machine in. And so . . . ?
