So, I've just replaced a Mater with a CEME (thanks OE!), and according to the link to Chris' coffee, I used the Common and Normally Closed terminals (that matched the configuration used on the Mater). This is on a Sama Export. Can anyone confirm that this is correct, according to the diagram here:

It is correct as you have it.

With the pressurestat in your hands, there should be continuity between COM and NC (normally closed) and no continuity between COM and NO (normally open).

Thanks, it works. It was factory set at least a whole turn too high for the Sama, so I lowered it over a few on-off cycles. It has a nice narrow deadband, and I am looking forward to tomorrow's AM cappa.
