Does anyone know of a "Quad" portafilter/basket unit that could pull two double shots simultaneously?

I suppose if you got a Synesso 21g straight walled triple basket and updosed the hell out of it you might cram 28g in. But why. Just pull two freakin' doubles.

I feel so inadequate. Can only do triple doubles with our 3AV at our cafe. But that's okay. Since we're pulling with Synesso 18g sloped triple baskets it evens out. I would love to have those two grinders though!

I do believe that's a Robur and a Swift side by side the 4AV. Rock-n-Roll, lock-n-pull!

Yes, it is a swift, and no that is not my equipment. That is Barry's Swift and 4 group Rilley's coffee & Fudge from his Christmas party. The Mazzer is a Robur from our Titan Grinder project. The Swift is wide (think two Super Jollys joined at the hip) but the Robur is taller. Keep in mind there is a foot of space between them so a bit of optics come into play.

But in all seriousness, just pull two doubles. That is why machines have 3-way solenoids, you can pull back to back shots as fast as you can work. Or get a triple basket and pull two triples. I have never had need for more than two doubles in one drink and that is my rare latte so I cannot offer much more advice on the issue.
