It is not very likely. Though I did a private review of his prototype, my problem is time. I have a couple of other projects coming up which I hope to be able to share with you all.

Is it uncool to give props to Schomer? I'm going through some Dolce right now, and I'm really enjoying it. Better than Zoka Paladino, which I also enjoyed quite a bit. I'm trying a local roaster in Long Beach Ca next.....I'll post a link if it's worthwhile after I go through some...

For those that voted for Batdorf and Bronson, how does Dancing Goats fare as a ristretto? At the now defunct Blue Sky Coffee in Athens, they used to serve it as a blend, but not as their espresso. The coffee was phenomenal, but I can't see how it would be a ristretto shot.

Yeah Dancing Goats also seems to me to be a coffee that you would want to take all the way. On a similar note on a visit to I've been told that they don't like the idea of triple baskets for much the same reason or that was my understanding at least.

I love Dancing Goats and it is most definitely on my personal top 5 espresso blend list. Now there is a great idea for a thread. Top 5 Espresso Lists!

Ecco Caffe Reserve Espresso

All of Ecco Caffe's coffees are excellent. I've got a subscription setup with them so that 1lb comes once a week. They send me any espresso blend from their monday roast. My favorite is the Ecco Traditional Northern Italian Reserve Espresso. But all of them are so good that I enjoy every week.
