I just finished up a pound of the Nueva Segovia Santa Isabel COE from Rocket Coffee Roasters. Very good stuff.
It does not make a very good SO espresso but it makes a wonderful French Press. Nice body, lots of sweetness and lively but well balanced. I get a light fruit note in the cup as it cools. A very enjoyable cup and limited availability.
