Need to know an espresso parts supplier

I have ordered some things from Espressoparts.com, and have had a great deal of difficulty getting them to address my needs. It's my fault, partially. I gave them my email address with a typo in it. But I've emailed them about it, called them about it (and they said they had fixed it) and then called again today to ask them to please send me an order confirmation. The guy said he was sending it right then. Nope, didn't get it. I emailed him again to ask for it, and no response. I'm seriously considering cancelling my order and getting this stuff somewhere else. I need a brass portafilter body for my EPG-8 (La Pavoni) and some other stuff I can get anywhere. But where else could I get a portafilter body? Any suggestions will be gratefully considered. Hope I'm not being too hard on these people, but I feel as if I'm getting the run-around. Maybe it's because I'm female, but I don't like being jerked around.
Thanks for any advice,
Gatewood

Have you tried Christopher Cara in San Francisco? He can be a bit gruff but he's very helpful if you know what you want.

Good luck!

Nobody likes being jerked around. Espressoparts.com is one of HB's "premiere" sponsors and an enthusiastic supporter of home baristas. If they screwed up, they'll make it right. Call and ask for Brian or Devon.

I don't believe they have an e-commerce site. The Pavoni Express website listed contact information:
    Thomas Cara Ltd.
    517 Pacific Avenue
    San Francisco, California 94133

    Phone# 1-415-781-0383
    Fax# 1-415-781-7224

I got a phone call from Brian (thanks, Dan) saying he was sending my order confirmation out now. I still don't have it, so will email him. He says he pasted my email address from my email I sent, but I did send the right address. I have checked it. So, I'm going to email him this time. I think they want to address my needs, but something is definitely messing up the contact. I'll stick with them and see how this plays out.

Edit: I have received email confirmation, and a phone call from Brian. I have to say that's going beyond the call of duty, and I'm glad this is cleared up. The earlier emails may have taken a wrong turn at a router. :)
