In the next couple of weeks, I hope to order a Vetrano Rotary, and a M4 stepless. So my questions is, for the M4, chrome or black. The Vetrano is stainless, so will the chrome look good next to it, or should I go with black?

Go with the chrome :D

It should pair well with any of the QuickMills.

I agree, go with chrome. Here's a pic of the two together (actually w/ Andreja Premium, but it looks similar to the Vetrano):

Most home baristas go with the chrome, though shops prefer black (probably to hide fingerprints). I would choose chrome for the Macap / Quickmill combo. For a big grinder like the Robur, I would choose black lest all that chrome startle me in the morning.
