Does anyone know of a grinder like the Cimbali but without the doser? I don't wish to start a discussion of doser vs. doserless. I just a wish an answer to the question. Thank you.

There are not many doserless options among the Titan class grinders, but Mazzer is reportedly working on four new ones. I assume we'll hear updates on their marketing plans from the upcoming SCAA conference.

True, it's certainly known for clump free grounds, but it's not a "grinder like the Cimbali without the doser," nor does it enjoy Cimbali's level of support from vendors. Versalab's poor customer support has been sort spot lately, as discussed in Delivery time for Versalab M3 Grinder.

When Matt mentioned the Versalab grinder, he may have been thinking of the hybrid conical+flat burrset. A similar burrset is featured on the Cimbali Max grinder. In most other respects, the Versalab's unique design does not resemble the Cimbali (or any other readily available coffee grinder). In particular, there is no horizontal exit chute from the burrs, in which grounds can pile up and compress into clumps. The ground coffee drops straight down from the burrs, and clumping is virtually nil.

Our Op could, of course employ the WDT, otherwise known as the Weiss Distribution Technique...heard of it?
Kidding aside, I found it works wonderfully, especially with my triple pours at eliminating the clumps....even the spent puck comes out clean.
