Was not too bad, the grind was a little tight so the pull was a little harder than normal (guess around 10 BAR). Thick and buttery with fruit and dry wine finish, new blend.
That cup is just short of 6oz. Center between the handle to cup points is 2oz, that was about 1.25 oz. The froth was not the best; my pitcher position was off just a touch so the texture was not as tight and silky as usual. But in my defense, that was the first shot and froth in a month on that machine.
I have the Faema open to install a delay on make adjustable relay for preinfusion. I should have that finished tomorrow or Saturday.
