I just wanted to do a little writeup on how espressocoffeeshop.com treats their customers, since there seem to be a lack of good info about this on the web.

I ordered a La Pavoni Europiccola Lusso from them on Friday 10th Aug. late at night.
After a while I got an email thanking me for the order.
Then I heard nothing from them during the weekend, which wasn't expected either.
On monday I sent them an email asking for info on my shipment, plus trackercodes.
I received the parcel, properly packed, double-boxed and everything, including the freebie beans, at 10:45 on Wednesday 15 Aug.
At 11:45, I got a neat and polite email with my trackercodes and general parcel info.

I must say, I'm very pleased with their service, esp. when they ship stuff faster than they're able to respond to email (and 2 days is bloody fast for a parcel going from Italy to Finland, which translates to from the south of europe to the north of europe).
And considering that they had the lowest price I could find for a La Pavoni, and that they included free shipping to Europe and the US for all orders over 300 €, I'm extremely pleased.

Only one issue. They fool around with limited time sales that they extend for a couple of days at a time, so I ordered mine thinking that the 10th was the last day before the price would jump with 40 €, and the next day the offer ended at the 14th :D Now, it ends at the 18th of August :/

But still, if you're looking for an italian espresso machine in Europe, check with them. And if you're buying an La Pavoni in the US, also check with them (they only have La Pavonis in 110volt versions :/ ) They ship fast, and are lovely to deal with!

Yes, they always roll over the "offer". I have seen other shops do this as well. I guess the idea is to make you decide quicker and go for the purchase from them.

Their prices are good and I have had positive experiences of them as well.
