I have heard that you should NOT put your espresso beans in the refrigerator or freezer. I have read a couple of times on here some stating they keep their beans in the freezer. Is this okay? How long can they stay in there? Once they are brought out, would that start the 3rd day of freshness (if they were put in the fridge on the 2nd day after roast)? I always thought that this would damage the beans and their oils...... :D
