I've searched the forum but can't seem to find the answer. Currently toggling between 1.2-1.4bar. I'd like to lower it a bit.

Chris' Coffee FAQs has nice step-by-step instructions (search on "Adjusting the boiler pressure"). Although he describes the Andreja, the steps are essentially the same for any espresso machine equipped with the CEME / MATER pressurestat (search on "C.E.M.E." in the same FAQ for side-by-side picture of these two pressurestats). Keep in mind that the adjustment is very small - about 1/8 to 1/4 turn should do it.

Thanks, I tried calling Chris but too late and spent a good hour or more re-reading everything I could find on the forum, including the review. Saw the pic's but didn't know what to adjust for sure, just knew the theory, as in which part in there is really the pressure stat! I'll check out the FAQ on Chris' site.

Piece of cake, thanks again for the link. Good to be sure it's the right screw ya gonna turn! Dialed her down to 1bar bottom, toggling nicely 1-1.2. Like the Thermofilter readings better now, not as extreme a surf and go for 200F test dial in target temp, something like 12 sec count was a bit extreme. I'll forgo a bit of steam power for lower top end shot temp, it'll especially make it easier for Debi to use when I'm not home. And I like the recovery power of the 1900w!

That's one of my favorite parts of the Bricc, too. True, it's also the cause of the 20a requirements, but WOW does it heat up fast, and recover even faster. Once the machine is heated up, my element is rarely on for more than a second or two.
