Tony,

The beans arrived yesterday, and I love Priority Mail!

Opened up one of the bags, let 'er air out for a second and put the beans in a stainless sealed container.

This morning, I fired up my 1977 Cremina, ground the beans in a Macap M4 and...

WOW,

I can honestly tell you that I made the finest latte ever!

You got me bro!

I didn't even have to make an additional double espresso to 'taste' the coffee.

Or a French Press... that's later.

I could tell by the way the espresso flowed through the Cremina's portafilter

And the way it mixed in the steamed milk.

The taste was heavenly.

Get that star page ready.

I'll be back for more and more.

Best,

Jerry

I ordered the two bags of Ambrosia on Friday eve, Tony roasted and shipped 'em on Saturday morning, Tony sent me a few e-mails re: hello and thanks for stopping by and ordering, I received the package on Monday afternoon.

You talk about high quality customer service!

Like I said, the Ambrosia is the best tasting espresso blend I've ever had!

This is good to hear, as I just (Last night) placed my first order for some Ambrosia and some Luna Nuova Decaf.

Working my way thru the HB sponsors... First Paradise, then some Black Cat and now Fresco.. Can't wait :)

ps... which climbing you into; Mountaineering peak type, sport climbing or trad?

I completely agree about this blend. I have gone through about 10 lbs of it since I started on my espresso journey. Recently, I have switched to his DATERRA'S RESERVE blend. I think it has a slightly smoother finish. Either way, the service and products have been great.

I'm a former big wall climber, cut my teeth at Eldorado Canyon, the Tetons, Rocky Mountain National Park, the high peaks of Colorado and Yosemite.

Now, I hike and climb the high 14ers, 13ers and 12,000 ft peaks of Colorado mostly.

There's an expression that suits me to a 'T':

There are old climbers and bold climbers, but very few old/bold climbers'

I enjoy a great cup of coffee and Tony's Ambrosia is excellent. He sent me a list of a few others to try and I will do so in the near term.

I hope to be getting my Ambrosia tomorrow :)

Nice Climbing resume... the only thing I did that would come close (Really not) to big wall was a buddy of mine and I did "Space Shot" over at Zion... we spend the night on the wall, just cause we wanted to

FYI, since it seems you missed the e-mail ... really do not want to leave you out in the cold to long ...

Dear On-line Customer:

Unfortunately today's Wintry Mix of Snow, Heavy Sleet & Gusty Winds is too much for Fresco's AWD Subaru Forester. The hilly secondary roads are treacherous. Hey, I actually gave it a shot out there! LoL! Your order will not be Roasted & Posted today, and I am very sorry to say that. Your order will be Roasted & Posted either tomorrow or Friday. An e-mail will alert you to the shipment. If you would like to postpone your order to another date I'd be more than happy to do so. Feel free to e-mail me here.
