Behind the scenes, Greg has been a peer reviewer and advisor on knotty problems that have cropped up in equipment reviews, especially those near to his expertise, thermometry. If the debate involves brew temperature and its measurement, he is "da man" to talk to (it doesn't hurt that it's his profession too; he's a mechanical engineer in the NIST's Thermometry Group).
To my surprise, Greg agreed and will take over as lead barista for the Bench forum. I'm sure I speak for everyone when saying we look forward to the experience, skill, and expertise he'll bring to the team. Welcome Greg!
