http://www.worldbaristachampion.com/ tim Wendelbo says he is the co manager of the Stockfleth's cafes in Oslo, but I don't think he spends much time behinde the bar pulling shots to order, I frequently visit the Stockfleth's cafes and I have never seen him. He's more into management and development I think, working with S&H(roasters) developing blends for the cafes, like the Stockfleth's blend wich is good by the way, sweet, chocolate, low acidity, good with or without milk i.e a good cafe blend.
