Going to Norway. Where to go to visit the WBC finalists?

Discuss flavors, brew temperatures, blending, and cupping notes.

Unfortunately i'm not the lucky one to travel to Oslo. A friend was listening to my stories about how the Scandinavians producing the most Baristas in the WBC and she is on the way to Oslo as i'm typing this.

I'll be sponsoring her visits to the cafes to live out the Cafe visit on my behalf. Can anyone help provide the name and addresses of the Cafes to find Tim Wendelboe and Gunnhilde Seljenes and the other Norwegian WBC Baristas.

Will look forward to replies.

 Caffeinated in Singapore!

On http://www.worldbaristachampion.com/ tim Wendelbo says he is the co manager of the Stockfleth's cafes in Oslo, but I don't think he spends much time behinde the bar pulling shots to order, I frequently visit the Stockfleth's cafes and I have never seen him. He's more into management and development I think, working with S&H(roasters) developing blends for the cafes, like the Stockfleth's blend wich is good by the way, sweet, chocolate, low acidity, good with or without milk i.e a good cafe blend.

Other nice places in Oslo is http://www.kaffefuglen.no/ and the Java and Mocca cafes(http://www.kaffa.no), Mocca has an instore roaster wich is in use.

Hope this helps
