Hey all..

on holidays..foolin round with stuff.

Thought i'd add some flair to my kitchen with some evening lights!! powerfull lil guys.

All jokes aside, it actually does serve a functional purpose when brewing under dim light in evening for guests.

That's a pretty interesting idea. Looks a bit too bright though.

I guess I'm the boring type. I just turn on the kitchen lights. They should know someone's stuck in the kitchen brewing drinks while they're having fun...

ps.

Shot was taken in total darkness to highlight the lights, by no means is it "ultra-veen" bright.

cheers

On a related note, during the restoration of his Cremina, Steve and I talked about how to "pimp" an espresso machine, including blue cold cathode lights: Cremina sight glass illumination? But I'm holding out for the next restoration with carbon fiber front panel and Ferrari red side panels. 8)

Nick Cho and others have "tricked out" their gear with lights:

I'd need some dedicated space to do that in-house. Yeah, right.
