Espresso Gear becomes Espresso Machines and Espresso Grinders forums

To better organize the "four M's", Espresso Gear has been renamed to Espresso Machines and the new forum Espresso Grinders created. We discussed creating a new "general espresso" forum, but in the end decided that most accessory discussions are closely related to espresso machines. Knockbox remains HB's esoteric, catch-all forum.

For a minute there I was all confused with this change and thought I had lost HB.

You see... I have been having problems loading up HB for the past few days where the icons and layout did not load correctly. Then logging on for the first time today and still seeing the confusing no layout and missing some icons mode, pops up a Espresso Grinder forum. Initial reaction was somethings wrong with my Mac and paniced. Mind goes into "No HB?!?" frenzy. But went in search for some answers and found this thread. *Phew* Back to sanity....
